Light-filled, spacious and beautifully finished, this modern coastal home sits above Gorran Haven with sweeping views towards the sea. It’s designed for relaxed family holidays — stylish yet easy-going, with generous living space and plenty of comfort for up to eight guests.

Large sliding doors open from the open-plan kitchen and dining area onto a wide terrace overlooking the village and the sea beyond. It’s the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning sun or a barbecue at the end of the day. Inside, the contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and socialising, with an island breakfast bar and ample seating around the wooden dining table.

At the other end comfortable sofas and large tv provide relaxing lounge around log burner.

The bedrooms are calm and comfortable, decorated in soft coastal tones. There are three modern bathrooms plus a separate cloakroom, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. A useful utility room with washer and dryer keeps sandy towels and beachwear under control after days by the sea.

Outside, the terrace and garden provide room for children to play and for adults to relax while taking in the view. The beach and harbour are just a ten-minute walk away, with shops, cafés and the coastal path close at hand.

This is a wonderful base for exploring the South Cornwall coast — a bright, welcoming home where every detail has been considered for easy living by the beach.

Perhaver Park is a quiet residential road on south side of Gorran Haven, on high land above older village it angles to look out over the bay. 

Lowenna House (number 12) has two driveways at front with space for up to 3 cars. Between driveways there is an attractive garden with palm trees, screening the house. A diagonal path leads to front door. 

Enter into good sized hallway with staircase on left, on right  twin bedroom with window to front garden. Around corner to right is family bathroom with wc, basin and bath with shower over. Then Double bedroom with window overlooking front garden.

Straight ahead is superb large living space - magnificent light filled room with wall of glass doors over looking deck and garden and view of valley through treetops and sea beyond. Overlooking wide vista, not overlooked. Well designed and well equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven hob etc. Large Utility room nextdoor has washing machine, tumble dryer, further counter surfaces with sink and air fryer.

There is a cloakroom toilet off the utility room. From Utility a door opens to deck with steps down to lawned garden.

The garden has patio area beside house and outside shower - handy for coming back from swimming. The fastest way to get to the sea on foot, is through the garden, where a stepped pathway leads down to Chute lane and a downhill 8 minute walk. This is Lowenna's brilliant secret - great beach access, quiet location.

Upstairs, landing with bright skylit atmosphere, has in middle small TV room with sofa and cushions, great for those wanting either peace or to play. 

To left the master bedroom suite has glazed double doors with glass screen across, lovely angled view of Gwineas rocks out in the bay. Light and airy room soft colours, kingsized bed. En suite shower room with double basins and wc.

At other end of landing, upstairs twin bedroom with window over looking Vally and angled sea views ensuite shower room with wc and basin. 

This is such a nice house, newly finished after a complete redesign, it's beautifully put together, but also sensible and perfect for family holidays centred on our lovely local beach (es). Equally, this is a really comfortable modern house with good heating which would welcome you home nicely after walking the wild and windy cliff paths that can take you off for miles in this area of Outsanding Natural Beauty.  Great all year round.
